Reducer torque calculation formula

Speed ratio = motor output revolutions ÷ speed reducer output revolutions ("speed ratio" is also called "transmission ratio")

1. Know the motor power, speed ratio, and use coefficient, and find the torque of the reducer as follows:

Reducer torque = 9550 × motor power ÷ motor power input revolutions × speed ratio × use factor

2. Know the torque and output speed of the reducer and the use coefficient. Find the motor power required by the reducer as follows:

Motor power = torque ÷ 9550 × motor power input revolutions ÷ speed ratio ÷ use factor
